Tapbuyer.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Paypal. We accept cheques made payable to Luna Spas Limited but please allow a 5 working days delay for clearance before we can ship any item(s).
A confirmation invoice receipt will be sent to your email address after receiving payment. This does not represent a binding contract, but indicates the items you purchased from us. It is merely to protect us should there be a mistake in pricing and the products were inadvertently under-priced, or if they are are now unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In both instances we will contact you and a full refund will be offered. We use your personal details solely to fulfil your purchase and they are not passed on to any other organisation, or used for commercial purposes.

FREE DELIVERY is guaranteed to UK mainland addresses for all of our products. All items require a signature upon receipt as they are despatched through independent couriers. If you are absent and no one is available to sign, the couriers will leave details for you to contact the local depot and arrange a mutually agreeable delivery date. A small delivery charge may be necessary for hard to reach places, which will always be agreed upon before despatch.
